What a clear-out looks like
You open the door and point. We carry everything out into the light, sort it into keep, reuse, recycle and dispose, and load the van. Boxes, old tools, paint tins, broken bikes, garden gear, tiles left over from the last renovation, the furniture that was “temporarily” stored there — it all goes in the same visit.
If you want to keep things, stand with us for the first ten minutes and say which pile is which. Most people find it easier than sorting alone for a weekend.
Sorted, not just shifted
Metals and electronics go to recycling points, usable items are passed on locally, the rest goes to municipal facilities. Chemicals, paint, solvents, gas bottles and asbestos need specialist disposal — we will tell you which municipal facility takes them rather than loading them.
Sheds, basements and roof terraces
Basements with low ceilings, sheds at the bottom of a garden and roof terraces four flights up are normal for us. Send a photo of the space and one of the access — the stairs, the gate, the lane — and we quote for the carrying distance as well as the volume.
How to get your quote
One or two photos of the space are enough; you do not need to list every item. Add your area and when it should be done, send it on WhatsApp, and you get a written quote back, usually within 30 minutes (8:00–20:00).
