Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through this website is KLEINMOTION LTD (trading as Paphos Junk Removals), Kato Paphos, Paphos, Cyprus, company no. HE 480171. Contact for privacy matters: +357 96 131099. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, no contact forms and no newsletter. You do not have to enter any personal data to use it. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time and the page requested in server logs, for security, to deliver the pages and to detect abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel keeps such logs for a short period and is bound by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in its data processing agreement. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key “pjr_consent”) for up to 12 months so that we do not ask again; this is strictly necessary and needs no consent.
Cookies and Google Ads conversion measurement
This website sets no cookies or similar identifiers unless you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you accept, we use the Google tag (gtag.js) of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for Google Ads conversion measurement: it stores the cookie _gcl_au (90 days) and, where you arrived via a Google advert, reads the click identifier (gclid) so that Google can tell us whether an advert led to a WhatsApp or call tap. Google may also set cookies on the domains doubleclick.net / google.com (e.g. IDE, up to 13 months). Google processes this data as an independent controller under the Google Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms and may transfer it to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and s. 99(5) of the Cyprus Electronic Communications Law 112(I)/2004). If you reject, the Google tag runs in consent-denied mode and stores no cookies or identifiers. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. More information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads and adssettings.google.com.
WhatsApp and phone
We use WhatsApp Business on a dedicated business phone. When you message us, WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, processes your number, profile name, device data and message metadata as an independent controller under its own privacy policy; message content is end-to-end encrypted. Meta Platforms Inc. is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We process your number, name, the address of the job, the photos you send and the details of the job to prepare a quote and carry out the job (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract) and to keep evidence of the agreed scope and price (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please send photos that show only the items to be collected; if a photo shows other people, you are responsible for their consent. We delete chats and photos no later than 12 months after the job, or sooner if no job is booked and you ask us to; invoices and job records are kept for 6 years as required by Cyprus tax law. We do not use your number for marketing without your consent and do not add you to broadcast lists. If you phone us, we see your number and may save it with your name for the job only.
Our crew may photograph the items and the cleared space as proof of work; these photos are stored with the job record and are published on this website or social media only with your written consent.
Recipients and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number and photos we cannot give a quote. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Recipients of your data: Vercel (hosting), Google (only with your consent), WhatsApp / Meta (only if you contact us on WhatsApp), our accountant and, where required by law, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Cookie settings in the footer). Where we rely on legitimate interests you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Write to us on +357 96 131099; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, 1 Iasonos Street, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
